PANAGUAY
oil on canvass
by John Becaro
2001
Panaguay- An Illonggo term(Visayan dialect)
that means "Hide and Seek". This is a platework during my college years to be used as an entry for an Art
Competition.But I never submitted
this painting in order to be part of my
personal collections.This also
portrays my childhood memories.
This is also one of my firsts and
early works in Oil Paintings...this has
undergone several Art Exhibits and
has worth Php 50,000.00. Today, this painting was displayed in my
residential place in Cadiz City,
Negros Occidental, Philippines.
